What Is a Circle?
Since ancient times, humans have recognized the power and symbolism of the circle. Some called it the perfect and eternal shape, embodying unity and balance, while another described it as a symbol of the Self, representing wholeness and integration. Across cultures—from tribal rituals of healing, storytelling, dance, and song to modern communities—circles have always been spaces to connect, share, and grow together.
At Building Togetherness®, a Circle is a guided space where stories, self reflection and discoveries allows us to grow at our own pace. Where exploration, shared experiences , and inquiries can bring new paths forward. Where seeds can grow and our habits have the opportunity to shift naturally.
Our Circles follows gentle agreements that support the wisdom of the group to emerge naturally. A Circle is a place to pause, share openly, and honor each other’s truth fully. It offers a place where we have the space and support to transform. This transformation does not come from advice or expertise or something that we do—it comes from the simple, profound act of being together with open hearts.
Whether individual, group-based, or organizational, each Circle provides a space to reflect, connect, and explore the ripple of change that emerges when everyone is truly seen and heard. Circles can accelerate creativity, consciousness, and community support, while providing a space for real conversations about the social, professional, and global challenges we face.
Benefits of a Circle
A Circle is a nurturing living space for your heart, mind, and spirit to grow.
In a fast-moving, mind-driven world, a Circle invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and return to what truly matters. Rather than fixing or “perfecting” ourselves, we gather to remember how to live and relate from the heart—together.
When you join a Circle, you enter a supportive space rooted in trust, openness, and shared understanding. This experience cultivates insight, meaningful action, and the possibility to continue Building Togetherness beyond the Circle. Together, participants learn:
-
Embody heart-based presence
Follow the guidance of your heart and deepen trust in its natural inner wisdom
Strengthen confidence and clarity in your own choices
-
Express authenticity and spontaneity in self-expression
-
Co-regulate stress and overwhelm with the support of the group
Build trust, empathy, and appreciation through strengthened relationships and collaboration
-
Cultivate resilience, flexibility, and understanding to navigate diversity and change with ease
-
Shift from “Me” to “We” to “Us” — experiencing the synergy of collective alignment
Access collective wisdom beyond any single perspective
-
Develop Inner Alignment, reflect on your purpose and role
Discover shared purpose, realize what we are here to do together and your contribution
